ACS&T decided roughly 18months ago with the reinvigoration of the company growth plans to also revisit the values and mission of the company to make sure that it was in line with the direction of the company and all its employees.

The senior leadership team took a significant period to review what was at our very core, what we believed in and felt was the right values of not just the individuals within the company but the right beliefs a company should have.   It was important to us as a business that the values were truly representative rather than just being pretty words on a wall, they had to be felt, and lived by.

These values are the basis of our people management, personal development reviews and how we do business on a daily basis, so they have become what we challenge ourselves and others on daily.  When something doesn’t fit with these values, at all levels we expect the challenge back!
